A half beef is approximately 310 lbs or 145 kg of meat This is the weight of the carcass at the time of slaughter.
The selling price is $7.30/lb or $16.05 \kg calculated from the weight of the carcass at the time of slaughter, from which the deposit will be deducted.
Please note: Following the 21-day carcass aging period (water loss) and cutting, the weight of your boxes (packaged and frozen meat pieces) will be less. You will get approximately 190 lbs or 85 kg which takes up 10 cu. ft. of freezer space.
It is important to consider that the final weight may vary from one animal to another. This is an approximation.

We ship our products chilled and frozen only to certain regions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.
If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
