Notre sauce No.4 c’est une émulsion de mangue, de carottes, d’oignons rôtis, d’ail, de sirop d’érable et une finale de beurre onctueux le tout suivi de la douce morsure des piments Habanero et Moruga Scorpion qui lui procure une saveur relevée et légèrement sucrée.
Our sauce No.4 is an emulsion of mango, carrots, roasted onions, garlic, maple syrup and a creamy butter finish followed by the sweet bite of Habanero and Moruga Scorpion peppers which gives it a strong but slightly sweet flavor.

We ship our products chilled and frozen only to certain regions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.
If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
