Notre sauce No.3, brassée sur la même base que la No.1 et No.2 mais rehaussée d’une touche fumée est fermenté à l’aide de purée de piment de cayenne et agrémentée par un mélange d’épices louisianaises lui procurant une belle finition légèrement saline. C’est une sauce passe-partout, mais idéale avec les tartares, les fruits de mer, les frites, les cocktails et bien plus.
Our sauce No.3 is similar to our No.1 and No.2 but enhanced with a smoky touch, is fermented with cayenne pepper puree and enhanced with a mixture of Louisiana spices giving it a beautiful slightly saline finish. It’s an all-purpose sauce, but ideal with tartars, seafood, fries, cocktails and more.

We ship our products chilled and frozen only to certain regions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.
If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
