Recipe: Perfectly Grilled Angus Rib Steak

🔥 Ideal cooking: Medium-rare (54°C / 130°F)

Ingredients :

  • 1 AA Angus Rib Steak (around 400-500g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh thyme (optional)

Preparation :

  1. Take the steak out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet or BBQ over high heat.
  4. Sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a nice caramelized crust.
  5. Add the butter, garlic and thyme, basting the meat during cooking.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving for optimal tenderness.

We ship our products chilled and frozen only to certain regions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.

If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
