Ingredients :
- 6 to 8 giant scallops (10/20)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation :
- Dry the scallops with paper towels.
- Heat the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a hot frying pan.
- Sear the scallops 1.30m on each side until they have a nice golden crust.
- Add the garlic, the remaining butter and the lemon juice at the end of cooking.
- Serve immediately with a little fresh parsley.

We ship our products chilled and frozen only to certain regions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.
If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
