Ingredients :

• 4 Quebec pork fillets
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions :

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Season the pork fillets with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.

3. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloins and brown them on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.

4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the pork tenderloins for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) for medium rare.

5. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
