Recipe: Honey-Glazed Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

🔥 Ideal cooking time: Pink to medium (63°C / 145°F)

Ingredients :

• 1 Quebec teriyaki pork fillet (approximately 500g)
• 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 1 green onion, chopped (optional)

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) or the BBQ to medium heat.
2. Heat the oil and sear the fillet for 2 minutes on each side .
3. Transfer it to a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes (or until 63°C/145°F at the core).
4. At the end of cooking, brush with honey and let caramelize for 2 minutes under the grill.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
