COOKING: BBQ. 30-35 mins on medium heat. wrap in foil or nonstick bbq baking sheet. Cover the first 25 minutes and uncover the last 10 minutes of cooking to brush with bbq sauce, honey & amp; garlic, or honey Dijon.

COOKING: In the oven. Add 1 cm of water and chicken broth, a stopper of optional white wine, onion, garlic, fine herb. Cook for an hour at 350F in a covered saucepan, uncover the last 15 minutes to season abundantly.

Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.

If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
