Ingredients :
- 1 marinated beef skewer (200g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation :
- Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side , turning only once.
- Brush lightly with melted butter at the end of cooking for even more flavor.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Delivery is free for the greater Montreal metropolitan area and the North Shore as well as Outaouais, Greater Trois-Rivières and Mont-Tremblant for purchases of $150 or more.
If your order is less than $150, a $25 fee will be added for processing and delivery.
