🔥 Cuisson idéale : Four ou friteuse à air

Ingrédients :

  • 1 portion de porc effiloché BBQ whisky au cheddar enrobé de pâte phyllo
  • 1 œuf battu (pour la dorure)
  • 1 c. à soupe de beurre fondu
  • Sauce BBQ au whisky (pour tremper)

Préparation :

  1. Préchauffez le four à 200°C (400°F) ou la friteuse à air à 190°C (375°F).
  2. Badigeonnez la pâte phyllo d’œuf battu et de beurre fondu pour une dorure parfaite.
  3. Enfournez 12 à 15 minutes (ou 8-10 minutes à la friteuse à air) jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit bien dorée et croustillante.
  4. Servez chaud avec une sauce BBQ au whisky pour encore plus de gourmandise !
