Grilled Lobster with Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce
Ingredients :
- 1 Cuban lobster tail (5 to 6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- The juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions :

Start by cutting the lobster tail in half lengthwise. Be sure to remove any black intestines, if present.

Prepare the lemon butter garlic sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until lightly browned. Then add the lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set the sauce aside.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place the lobster tail halves on the grill, flesh-side down. Brush them generously with the lemon garlic butter sauce. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
